Residence Inn at Carnegie Center
We have coordinated a hotel block with discounted rates of $170 at The Residence Inn at Carnegie Center. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the venue and includes a gym + recreational courts, as well as breakfast from 7 - 10AM.
Check-in starts at 3PM (early-check in available upon request) to ensure sufficient time for you to get situated before the shuttle arrives to take you to the wedding.

TRANSPORTATION
We have arranged for charter shuttles to escort our guests from the Residence Inn at Carnegie Center to the wedding ceremony & reception taking place at Jasna Polana. Please utilize the shuttle service to allow yourself to relax and enjoy your evening without the need to get behind the wheel. Guests staying at alternative hotels may still join our shuttle guests by ensuring they're at The Residence Inn for an on time departure (see below). For all guests who wish to take the shuttle, please indicate your intent accordingly through the applicable question in our RSVP form.

Departure Shuttle Schedule [Recently Updated!]
The shuttle will be making one trip to the venue as follows:

4:10 PM - Boarding Begins for Shuttle Departure

4:25 PM - On Time Shuttle Departure (arrival at venue ~ 4:45 PM)

4:45 PM - Arrival at Venue
Unfortunately, the bus will not be able to wait for any straggling guests.

Return Shuttles Schedule
There will likely be two return shuttles to bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening, allowing guests to return to the hotel at the option that best suits them

Ceremony Timing
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15PM, so we ask that you arrive with a sufficient buffer to unload, navigate the grounds and find your seat before the ceremony begins. Guests should be seated by 5 PM to ensure they are situated before the ceremony begins. As we look forward to seeing our guests dressed to the nines, we have arranged for our photographer to take welcome portraits of guests ahead of the ceremony and encourage your early arrival to take advantage of this opportunity!
